Because of this instant access, refunds cannot be issued once the product or course has been accessed, viewed, or downloaded.

If you face any technical issue (for example, you cannot access your course, download files, or complete payment), please contact us within 7 days of purchase. We will fix the issue or provide a suitable alternative.

🔹 2. Online Course & Training Refunds

We aim to deliver high-quality, practical training and value in every course.
However, once a course is purchased and access is granted, refunds are not available, as digital access cannot be revoked.

If you purchased the wrong course by mistake, email us at info@silansoftware.com within 24 hours, and our team will review your case on a discretionary basis.

After verification, the duplicate payment will be refunded within 7–10 business days to your original payment method (Razorpay, UPI, PayPal, or card).

You can cancel your subscription or membership at any time from your account dashboard.
Cancellation will apply to the next billing cycle, and no refund will be issued for the current period.
